As of the start of Chapter 6 Season 2, two medallions are available: the Unstoppable Medallion, dropped by Fletcher Kane, and the Super Shield Medallion, dropped by Shogun X.

To obtain a medallion, you need to eliminate the boss NPC that holds it. Once you approach the boss, a large health bar will appear at the top of your screen, showing you the boss’s health.
These boss NPCs are a bit tougher than regular NPCs, and they come with respawning minions that will shoot at you as soon as they spot you. It’s usually best to loot up in nearby areas before heading to the boss locations to increase your chances. Fortunately, these minions are not very accurate, so you don’t need to worry too much about them. Focus on dealing damage to the boss, who will frequently regenerate their shield, making it a bit more challenging to take down.
If you see an orange or gold circle on the map, it means another player in that area has a medallion. You can eliminate them to steal their medallion.
Medallion Locations in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2
Medallions and their respective bosses can be found at the following randomized locations:
Fletcher Kane: He’s hiding in a random vault marked with a wolf icon. To access the vault, use thermite to break open the door. After this, you’ll have to take down some guards before Fletcher Kane spawns. Once defeated, you’ll receive Fletcher Kane’s Double Down Pistol and the Unstoppable Medallion.
Shogun X: This boss will appear on a floating island known as Shogun’s Arena, during the fourth storm circle. The location of the floating island will be random, but it will always be within the fourth circle. Defeating Shogun X rewards you with the Super Shield Medallion and Shogun X’s Fire Oni Mask.
